Hi, I’m Shante—a dedicated advocate for children with autism and their families. With a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and over seven years of experience as a Certified Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teacher in Florida, I’ve devoted my career to fostering inclusive, supportive, and empowering environments where every child can thrive.
In my role as a Certified Special Education Teacher and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I’ve specialized in working with Autism Cluster Classes in public schools. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by children with autism
and their families.
My work in the public school system has shown me firsthand the pressing need for tailored education and support within the community. I am passionate about bridging these gaps by providing families with the resources, advocacy, and individualized attention they deserve. Together, we can help children reach their fullest potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Hello! My name is Melinda Exantus, and I’m a proud mom of two amazing children. With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about helping young minds grow, learn, and thrive.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and supporting children as they develop essential skills, focusing on sensory, social, emotional, and independence-based growth.
One of my most rewarding experiences has been assisting children and families with potty training and empowering them to achieve greater independence. My work is driven by a commitment to fostering confidence and developmental progress in every child I work with.
I believe in nurturing each child’s unique potential and partnering with families to ensure every milestone is celebrated and every goal is within reach.
